How long does it take for my item to arrive?

For Premium Delivery, you can expect to receive it the next day if you place your order before our midday cutoff time. Please note that the cutoff time for Premium Delivery is subject to change, so while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be unforeseen delays caused by internal processes with our courier partners.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, we recommend checking the tracking information provided for your order. If you can't find any updates or if there are any concerns, please reach out to us at support.atpstore@levymerch.com

How do I return an order or item?

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received tracking information or need assistance, feel free to contact our Customer Service team. We can send the tracking information directly to you or provide any help you need with tracking your order.

What if I made a mistake on my order?

Below are the steps you can take depending on the status of your order: 

Order Not Fulfilled 

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can contact our Customer Service team to request amendments. Here are the adjustments we can make: 

  • Adding or removing items from your order. 
  • Adjusting quantities of items. 
  • Updating the email address associated with your order. 

Please note that if you need to change the shipping address after the order has been placed but not shipped, you may be required to cancel the existing order and place a new one with the correct shipping details. 

Order Fulfilled 

Once an order has been fulfilled, unfortunately, no changes can be made to the order. We advise reviewing your order carefully before confirming payment to ensure accuracy.

How do I cancel my order?

We don’t currently allow customers to cancel orders directly. But don't fret! Just reach out to our Customer Service team, and they'll take care of it for you.Please note that we can only cancel orders before they're shipped.

Can I change my delivery details?

If you need to update your delivery details, please contact our Customer Service team to place a new order with the corrected delivery information.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an order or item?

What should I do if an item arrives faulty or damaged?

How long does it take to process my refund/exchange?

We try our best to process your refund/exchange within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). However, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to be fully processed.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. If your item is within our returns window (30 days from order fulfilment), you have the option to exchange your item for a different variation (e.g., colour or size). Please note that in certain scenarios you may not have the ability to exchange an item, but you’ll be able to see the options that are available to you when you start the returns process.

Can I track my return?

Yes, once a return is confirmed, you’ll be provided a return label or QR code. When you send this item back, you’ll be able to track its journey back with us.

Do I pay for the postage when returning an item?

If the item is damaged or the wrong item was sent, we cover the postage costs for the return. However, if you've simply changed your mind, you may be responsible for covering the postage fees.

What should I do if my discount code doesn't work?

If you encounter any issues with applying your discount code, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.

Can I use a gift card to purchase online?

Yes, you can! Our gift cards are available in denominations ranging from £10 to £100. To purchase a gift card, head over to our gift card page. 

To use your gift card, simply enter the voucher code into the promo code box during checkout.
